The INDUSTRIOUS Human Flag Bar bolts onto any of the upright posts of our fitness rigs. The human flag bar is powder coated in Black and capped either end. All weather resistant! Ideal for learning or perfecting the human flag and many other static exercises. Load tested to 250kg.
 
Can be used for all types of bodyweight training, including calisthenics, street workout, crossfit and gymnastics.
